My safe is making noises or not opening, what should i do?

Each safe is powered by 4 x AA batteries. When these begin to run out a small light will be displayed on the front panel to replace them or the safe may start making bleeping noises.
These batteries should be replaced immediately if this happens. As a matter of precaution we recommend a tenant replace their batteries once a year. If your safe continues to bleep after replacement, please open a ticket.
If your safe does not open, you will need to open a ticket and send us the 4 digit code printed on the emergency key lock just left of the keypad. Please see pic below:
