My A/C isn't working

Before opening a ticket, the following should be checked:
- That the veranda doors are properly closed.
- That the unit power wall switch is switched on. These can be in various locations in your room, so please check behind under the desk, under the smart tv if you have a movable table and basically all the walls.
- That the batteries in your remote control have power.
- If none of the above works please open a ticket. If the split unit is displaying any error code, e.g. F21 and bleeping when you try and turn it on. please let us know in the ticket.
