My wifi connection keeps dropping

If your wifi connection keeps dropping this could be for a number of reasons.  Please always ensure that you check that it happens on more than one device before reporting a problem.  

Always try the following:

  1. Restart your device
  2. Test Wifi with 2nd device. 
  3. Try disabling and reenabling your wifi connection.  Since we have multiple wifi points in the building your device may be stuck on a different access point from moving through the building.  Since it is your device that decides whether to switch access point, doing this forces the nearest point with a good signal
  4. Try disabling you mobile date on your phone and seeing if the problem persists.  Some devices will switch to mobile data as they may be able to achieve faster speeds on 4 or 5G and/or have a stronger signal from them.
  5. If after all of the above has been attempted, please send us a support ticket and provide us with the devices (make and model) that you are having trouble with.
